Our culture is that of an innovative organisation that is genuinely passionate about working with young children within a positive and nurturing environment.  We greatly appreciate the importance of early childhood education in shaping future learning experiences for children.

We welcome applications for a registered kaiako for our Cobham Street ELC.  We are a Christian community-based centre licensed for 24 children aged 2-6 years.

​

A key strength for us is relationships- within the team, with children and with whānau.  Respectful, open communication is important, as well as a growth mindset.  Our strengths-based philosophy, together with a fun and collaborative teaching and learning environment, contribute to a special place to be a part of.  Our professional growth cycle will grow you or if you are working towards registration we can support you with that too.

We have 3 other centres to share ideas and connect with.  If you are nurturing, energetic, flexible and passionate, then come and join a team that is making a difference for tamariki.

We are also looking for a grounds/maintence person for around 20 hours per week to maintain a high level of presentation and do odd-jobs around each of our four sites.
